Thank you for being a SuccessLink Grant Partner for the 2025-2026 SuccessLink School Year Employment Program!
After careful conversations with a few youth jobs stakeholders (e.g. city agencies, schools, nonprofits, Northeastern University (as our youth jobs evaluation partners), etc.) and with the shift to a full grantmaking program - it is of extreme importance that we collectively make an effort to track any Boston youth that applies for a summer and school year jobs, to ensure we are meeting the Mayor’s goal of connecting every youth who wants a job to an available job opportunity.
Through our research and evaluation work of the recruitment and application process, we learned that among youth who complete an application, more than half apply to only one job, limiting their chances of being selected by an employer.
To this end, we are asking all of our grant partners to track and send us a list of youth who apply to their jobs.
We are requesting this information in order to track every young person's application status to ensure each individual are placed into their job of choice. Please use the form below to upload your roster of SuccessLink Grant youth applicants.
